Although Gary is now widely recognized for presenting premier live entertainment and world-class attractions, his career began through a partnership with Archie Campbell, beloved star of the iconic television series Hee Haw. Working closely with Campbell and his Nashville-based agency, Gary established a regional office that booked concert events throughout the Rocky Mountain region.

Following Mr. Campbell's retirement, Gary assumed leadership of the agency and transformed it into what is now Rocky Mountain Talent Services, Inc. (RMTS). Under his direction, the company has grown into one of the region's leading entertainment agencies, providing comprehensive talent buying and event production services through long-standing relationships with the nation's top artist agencies. RMTS has built its reputation on delivering personalized, cost-effective, and professional service while remaining actively involved in every event it produces, regardless of size or venue.

That reputation for excellence led Gaylord Hotels and Marriott International to invite Gary and RMTS to play a pivotal role in producing ICE!, the internationally acclaimed holiday attraction featuring more than two million pounds of hand-carved ice sculptures depicting scenes from beloved holiday classics. Produced by RMTS's subsidiary, Global Attractions Unlimited, ICE! is presented simultaneously at all Gaylord Hotels during the holiday season, welcoming millions of guests and further establishing Gary's leadership in the production of large-scale, immersive attractions.

Deveny Fjelstad serves as Chief Financial Officer of Rocky Mountain Talent Services, Inc. (RMTS), bringing decades of financial expertise and leadership to the organization. She holds degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis in Bank Management and is also a certified Legal Assistant/Paralegal.

An Enrolled Agent licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Deveny possesses extensive knowledge of tax law, financial regulations, and business compliance. With nearly four decades of experience in public accounting, she has earned a reputation for excellence in financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.

Her leadership ensures that RMTS operates with the highest standards of fiscal responsibility, professionalism, and integrity. Clients and business partners alike benefit from her depth of knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to sound financial stewardship.

Gavin Sorensen serves as Company Operations Manager for Rocky Mountain Talent Services, Inc. (RMTS), where he oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's diverse portfolio of entertainment productions and special events. He graduated from Idaho State University with dual majors in Arts and Sciences and has built an accomplished career in the live events industry spanning more than two decades.

Since entering the industry in 2000, Gavin has earned a national and international reputation for operational excellence. His extensive expertise includes professional audio, lighting, rigging, staging, backline, video production, transportation logistics, and large-scale event management. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed music festivals, concert venues, corporate productions, conventions, and major sporting events, including NBA All-Star Week.

Gavin's experience with large-scale ice attractions was developed over more than 12 years, producing events in four major U.S. markets as well as internationally. His exceptional leadership, technical knowledge, and ability to manage complex productions led to his advancement from contractor to Associate Producer with RMTS, where he continues to play an integral role in delivering world-class entertainment and immersive attractions.

Cookie Xu serves as Office Manager – Shanghai and Director of International Affairs for Rocky Mountain Talent Services, Inc. (RMTS), where she plays a vital role in fostering collaboration between RMTS and its partners throughout China. Based in Shanghai, she oversees international communications, coordinates cross-border operations, and serves as the primary liaison between RMTS and Chinese government agencies, business partners, and production teams.

Cookie graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and holds a Bachelor Degree in Simultaneous Interpretation and an Associate Degree in International Exhibition & Conference Management from Shanghai Business School. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about building meaningful connections between China and the United States through education, business, and cultural exchange. Her background includes consulting for leading international schools across China and working with the global publishing company HarperCollins, where she further developed her expertise in bilingual communication and international collaboration.

Since joining RMTS in 2022, Cookie has combined her experience in international relations with her passion for the attractions industry to strengthen the company's global partnerships. During production of ICE! for Gaylord Hotels and Marriott International, she serves as the on-site translator and cultural liaison, ensuring seamless communication between American and Chinese teams. Her leadership, cross-cultural expertise, and commitment to international cooperation have become invaluable assets to the continued success of RMTS's global productions.
