Privacy Policy

Just browsing: the public pages of this site are static. We do not require accounts, run advertising or analytics trackers, or set cookies for visitors. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information (such as IP addresses and request logs) to deliver the site securely and guard against abuse.

Contacting us: if you email or call us, we receive the contact details and event information you choose to share. We use them only to respond to your inquiry and arrange your booking.

Employee portal sign-in: the staff portal is a restricted area for RMTS personnel. Signing in goes through Cloudflare Access using your email address, either with a one-time code or a Google account. Sign-in events (email address, time, and general connection details) are logged for security. A secure session cookie is set after sign-in; it exists only to keep authorized staff signed in and is not used for advertising or tracking.

Parts of the site link to or embed services from other companies, which operate under their own privacy policies:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and secures the employee portal.
• Google provides sign-in for the portal and hosts staff files, forms, and calendars in Google Drive and related services.
• Social media links (such as Facebook) take you to those platforms; we do not embed their trackers on our pages.

We use the information described above to run the website, respond to inquiries, manage bookings, and keep the employee portal secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, or where the law requires it.
